Submission Disclaimer

By submitting your project (the "Project") to The MTN Company, LLC. for distribution consideration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. No Confidentiality – The Company does not accept submissions on a confidential basis. Do not submit any material you wish to keep confidential.

2. No Obligation – The Company is under no obligation to review, distribute, or provide feedback on your Project.

3. No Ownership Claims – Submission of the Project does not create any implied or express agreement, partnership, or joint venture between you and the Company.

4. Original Work – You represent that you own or control all necessary rights to the Project and that submission does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Similar Projects – The Company may already be developing or distributing projects similar to yours, and you waive any claims arising from such similarities.

6. No Compensation – Submission is voluntary, and you are not entitled to compensation for the Company’s review of your project.

This disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of California. Submission constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
